Tarun Gill Fitness - Payment done but not received any confirmation about order

I ordered a nitrotech whey protein from tarun gill fitness worth Rs. ****. The prepaid payment was successfully done through payumoney but i not received any confirmation about the order. I firstly tried to contact payumoney and got a mail from them saying that they have successfully completed the transaction and money has reached tarun gill fitness. So, i mailed tarun gill fitness several times on his various email id's. Also personally messaged him on instagram, facebook. But didn't got a single reply. I am also attaching the screenshot of my payment.
