Oplore - Payment done , haven't received any confirmation

I feel disappointed . I have done with the payment for the phone case yesterday i.e **th December ****
But after payment I haven't received any confirmation by oplore and calling them multiple times to their customer care number there is no response for them
Executive name simranjeet kaur Singh connected me yesterday but he is also not receiving my calls
I feel cheated
Thousands of customers like you have trusted Voxya to resolve their issues
