There are various issue on which i want to put light on
*) Zomato has started giving multiple order to single rider because of which restaurant orders get delay and customer mostly cancels the order. And if in case customer receive the order the the items is not in fresh condition and zomato blame restaurant for poor packaging and poor quality of food and deduct the amount from our payments. Also it effect the ratings of the restaurant which play important role in consumer decision making while placing the order.
*)In our recent week Payment zomato have deducted a huge amount saying that the deduction was for ads that was running by us for our restaurant. But the amount deducted does not match with the ads sept shown on the zomato dashboard.
*) While asking for the explanation no one of the zomato team answered and they close the ticket without responding . The same was raised to the account manager of zomato he was too not able to answer for the difference in the amount deducted and since than his number is switched off and we are unable to reach anyone from zomato .
