I'm writing this email to raise a complaint on payment dispute that I have faced on **.**. **** at Reliance Smart Point ,Ghasipura, Anandapur, Odisha ******.
On **th of February **** , I have made a payment of ***.** rupees with Reliance Smart Point ,Ghasipura, Anandapur, Odisha ******. Money was deducted from my bank account but the sales executive didn't able to get any bill from the system so he denied to give me my stuffs that I have purchased. According to the sales person, they haven't received any payment in their system but in the same time the money was deducted from my account.
I have made the payment by UPI using SBI Yono mobile banking Application.
