FNP petals - Payment dispute as paid 2 times by mistake

I am Abid Usmani, I have paid ** times by mistake for the order I made for cake and flower on ** Nov ****, I registered a complaint on phone at same time, they assured duplicate payment will be reverse in ** to ** hours, I waited but no reversal received. I emailed them at support@fnp.com, help@fnp.com, image@myfnp.com with bank statement of deductions including transaction reference number but everyday a new executive call and said on our order system we received only * payment. I requested them, the payment made by mistake is not against any order its just transferred mistakenly, kindly check with accounts team they must knew about this received payment, every time they said sorry for inconvenience we will be back with accounts team revert but again same story repeat as starting. These executives don't want to go in depth of customer problem, and just needs to get rid off from customer complain and close them by themselves without customer consent. Now I raised it to RBI and Gujarat Consumer court grievances email. FNP have fraud or illiterates employees who don't want to understand anything only SORRY they knew and put down the receiver.
