Raised a ticket with Ticket ID ******** , for the concern that my meesho acc was debited * times , as recovery for empty package received said by the buyer ,
We are very sure that we had shipped the exact product , but meesho agent had not taken any action and closed the case , customer support is helpless , total amount debited is ****.**, it was a very big amount for me , i could not let my amount and full product to go , i request team meesho to do the needful,
You should not take recovery without proper validation , i am selling products though e-commerce from * years , haven't done this type of mistake and we know the results if we send empty packages , this is customer fraud , kindly validate from your side ,he had done with many sellers
