I topped up my milkbasket account on */* through my bank account - the amount got deducted but not reflecting in milkbasket. I raised a complaint - but they are showing the payment failed. The bank sreplied that the payment was successfully done from bank's end. . I am not getting proper response even Milkbasket not bothering to even call me and help.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
