Before *days i had order some derma co products and paid through UPI, my transaction was successful but they didnt confirmed my oder. So i was emailed they didn't resolve my query. Today i am again check my oder and its showing cancelled, if they cancelled order after paying they should refund my money. But it didn't happened. Again i had emailed derma co with my transaction id but didnt get reply from them.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
