I have spent Rs. **** to buy UC from midasbuy.com on ** April. The transaction got failed but money already deducted from my Paytm wallet. I instantly tried to contact them but they did not have any contact or support link on their website.
So Midasbuy or Proximagamma Pvt. Ltd. If you are reading this please credit my UC to my account as soon as possible otherwise I am going to file a consumer complaint in consumer forum.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
