I have booked a hotel on *th Oct ****, I have paid the amount through UPI, My payment got deducted but I have not received any booking confirmation/details, neither on the mobile phone nor on email id. I have tried to reach them, but their chat support is just flop, there is no contact support. They asked me for a booking id, but I don't have one, I have UTR & transition ID of payment. please let me know how can I get my money back.
