I placed an order a few days ago, payment was debited during placing the order but I didn't receive any mail regarding it. It's been days and I have tried many times to contact them, but no response yet. Nor there's any option available to apply for a refund or cancel the order. my order is still stuck on processed since the date of order was placed.
