I ordered over ** items on ajio today **/*/** during the sale. I placed the order and made a payment of rs **** from my debit card. The money got debited from my account immediately but no order was placed. I could still see the item's in cart after I returned to the app after making the payment. This is really disturbing and frustrating as no COD options were available and I trusted to make a prepayment just to realise that no order was placed even after paying full amount. I want a refund. Please help me get it. Thanks
