Pinkblue.in - Payment confirmation was not done after completion of my payment

Recently I have placed a order of interlig perio splint order id ********** worth rupee **** and payment was done through paytm app after successful payment money was deducted from my account but my order was not confirmed and payment pending was written on the order. I have tried to contact customer support but got no response. You cannot call Or chat with the company.
