I had ordered a Bean bag on ** Aug ****. I had complete the payment, later I didn't get any confirmation mail or order placed. I tried to contact them but, I got to know that the contacts in the website are fake. Even, there is no option to track the order.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
