Shree balaji traders - Payment complete but service not sent by merchant

I am filing this complaint against Shree Balaji Trades for cheating and financial fraud.
On [mention date], I made a payment of ₹**** to Shree Balaji Trades after they promised to send USDT (cryptocurrency) in return. They assured me that once the payment was completed, the USDT would be transferred immediately.
However, after making the payment, I did not receive any USDT. Since then, the seller has stopped responding to my messages and calls. This clearly shows fraudulent intent and a false promise made to cheat me.
Due to this incident, I have suffered financial loss and mental stress. I trusted the seller based on their assurance, but they failed to fulfill their commitment.
I request strict action against the accused and a refund of my ₹**** at the earliest.
