JUSTDIAL COMPANY LIMITED - PAYING FOR UNPRODUCTIVE SERVICE

Paying for unproductive service
Sir/Madam,
I have been running a retail stationery shop in the name of PAPERCLIP STATIONERY AND BOOK STORE” in Chengannur Town, Alappuzha Distt, Kerala State. I would like to inform you about the bad experience I have been facing from JUST DIAL COMPANY LTD. The company Sales Executive Mr. Thanzim had visited my shop in July **** and I was briefed about the company’s online sales promotion package.
I was told by the Sales Executive that to try the online service for *-* months, if it doesn’t beneficial then you can request the company for cancelling the deal. Accordingly the company has collected two months advance payment Rs. ****/- on **/*/**** and subsequently third payment on **/*/**** from my SB account. It means the company has collected three months EMI payment in one month period. As such a total of Rs *****/- has been deducted from my account till the date and again an Invoice dated **/**/**** is pending.

Further it has been noticed that my business has not been getting any benefit from this online sales promotion.

I have already informed the company through email about the drawbacks of the deal which is unproductive to my business and therefore I would like to discontinue the deal at the earliest.

Without considering my requests, the company sends invoice and debiting EMI from my bank account which is wasteful spending for my small business.

It is therefore requested to instruct the company (JUSTDIAL COMPANY LIMITED) to stop generating of invoice with immediate effect.
