I placed an order for a saree from Mysore Pattu on ** January **** and made full payment of ₹**** online. However, the product was never delivered to me and was later marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
After noticing the issue, I immediately contacted the seller and also sent an email on ** February **** to update my correct contact number because the OTP was being sent to an incorrect number. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response to my email.
Since then, I have repeatedly followed up with the seller through WhatsApp and Instagram. Their team informed me that I would have to pay RTO charges to have the product resent. In order to resolve the issue quickly, I agreed to pay the RTO charges. However, the seller has still not provided the payment details or any update regarding reshipment of the product or refund of my payment.
It has now been more than a month since the order was placed, and despite multiple attempts to contact the seller, the issue remains unresolved.
I request the company to either resend the product immediately with proper tracking details or issue a full refund of ₹****.
