Omattire - Payed for the order but neither delivered refunded

I have ordered clothes on omattire website and payed the necessary amount through gpay and received a confirmation mail on September ** ****, but by noe it's been * months and i neither received my order nor any refund and when i called the customer care through thr number available on google, A man started speaking and was so rude and he asked me for certain access to my device by downloading an app , and luckily i stopped there and asked him why and he said he needed access to update information and i couldn't give as it's highly risky. As soon as i said no , he literally hanged up on me and is never lifting my call again. What kind of fraud is this. Bullshit. Plz don't ever fall into this trap , fraud.
