Cofagr - pay ammount not lift the phone

I paid for COFAGR's premium service.*****rs I worked their executives and they caused me one of my poorest experience . That interaction regarding a particular transaction has caused me a loss of INR * Lac. The major lapses have been as follows : *) No stop loss advised *) No proactive conversation by advisors *) The advisor avoided my calls for the reasons best known to him *) No back up plan provided (no other trade call since that call) *) Always overconfident in terms of achieving the target I would strictly advise not to avail their services.
