Rail restro - Pavkage not delievered

I had ordered a masala dosa and idli sambhar from railrestro and pay ***.** online. My mon has been travelling from muzaffarpur to nagpur and i had ordered from mobile to deliever food in jhansi station. So it was * pm in the evening but the food isnt deliever in jhansi and when i asked about it , then railrestro customer support said that tha CRP in jhansi station dont allow the delievery boy to enter in railway station. So is it has been illogical when someone said that the person is not allow to enter in railway station. And my mom has a problem so she want food in the proper time and then take medicine. But the food has not been delieverd so my m suffered a lot because of this. I need my money refunded back as well as compensation ..
