DISTRICT COLLECTOR LEPAKSHI TAHASHILDAR - PATTADAR PASSBOOK IS NOT ISSUED

Dear Sir, I have an agriculture land in Anantapur District, Lepakshi Mandal, Kalluru Grama Polam. For updation of my land records and Pattadar paswsbook, i have applied through Meeseva by paying stipulated fee. Mutation of my land has been approved on **/**/****. Sofar, the passbook has not been issued. as per regulations, the passbook has to be issued within ** days after approval of mutation. since *** days passed, the passbook has not been issued. In the enquiry at MRO office, they told it is the problem of printing press. But so many has issued after my approval date. Bankers has not sanctioned crop loan due to not attaching pattadar passbook. Due to the delay , I am not able to put crop and lost more than one lakh. I have given representations to AP CM, Anantapur District Collector, RDO. District collector has written a leeter to Lepakshi Thahasildar to issue the required as early as possible. But the concerned is not responding properly. Whatever it may be finally loss to me without crop. Please help me to sanction compensation for this. Please do the needful. Thank you.
