I have had a horrible experience with this company. Lack of communication between the departments and the attendants. I had taken the service of an attendant for my patient. Company doesn’t share the complete requirement of the patient with the attendants. * attendants were changed within the span of ** days. Ist one refused to support the patient at night , *nd said he has an exam in * days and hence has to leave. *rd one said he has a backache and cannot help the patient in getting up and finally the last one refused to massage the legs of the patient and left without providing the service. In case of issue company do respond but take their own sweet time of **-** hrs in providing the replacement irrespective of the fact that the patient is suffering. Mr Jasdev always promise to call back in ** mins but never calls back. I still have * days service pending but they are not ready to refund the amount and still want us to test their new attendant and suffer. They do not understand the criticality of the patient. They make such promises that the patient will be taken care of completely , all would be completely tension free and their staff will manage. On the contrary they send untrained staff / rude staff.
I do not recommend anyone to take services from curodoc
The are just like any other home care service with no creditable staff or admin team
I want the refund of the remaining days and also for the days when they took **-** hrs in providing the replacement as the outgoing staff did not provide any service
