My order was sent back without my consultation. I was not called or they visited my house. In their website they have mentioned that I have refused the item but I want to know how could I refuse it if I haven't received it.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)

My shipment has been not delivered from last ** days and India post is sending to the wrong post office location and doesn't even care to answer my queries. I am feeling completely hopeless. Pls help
