Since the last * months, I am holding GTPl Broadband Connection.
More than ** days I already faced an issue When I am Trying to create ticket some time pop up says Pop Down/Sub pop Down. I s this a way you guys provide service to Customer.
If you guys cannot handle Subscriber Base please don't take customers on Board.
We are Working from home & your this king of Interrupted services Hampers our Productivity.
Please arrange Extended Services Otherwise going to escalate further.
