MORE Store - Pathetic service and unavailable stock

Team, This is with regards to More Store located at HB COLONY MOULALI HYDERABAD. I just went to purchase some products just now and staff said systems got stuck and they cannot proceed for billing even though the store is open. No proper response on the issue and when it would get rectified not only this several times required stock is not available at times when we check with manager of anyone they never provide proper response and this is not the first time but it happened several times when I ask for complaint registers they always say one thing that they do not maintain any complaint register rather we need to raise online complaint, not sure how the management is tracking the issues at stores , pathetic service and poor response from staff always. Please take some proper action to keep the store management available. Thank you!
