Bhagwan Mahaveer Hospital Delhi - Pathetic Service and carelessness by staff

I visited twice in Emergency and twice in OPD as well as one of my family member is Dengue patient but there is no proper treatment given they just gave PCM and ask to come next day in OPD even though the patient is serious that's why I came to emergency but they just gave PCM and didn't do any special treatment, is this means Emergency service just to befool patients or they just admit the patient when he or she is in last stage, I repeatedly ask from doctor on my each visit that there is no improvement please consider this case seriously and do some better treatment and when I ask to provide medical for office so I could apply medical leave neither they provide It too they just sent to visit room to room someone said go and visit room number *** and when I went their then they ask to visit your doctor who is taking care of patients only he can do it I mean why they befool patients it's very pathetic service and weird and doctor said he can provide only * days medical from current even though I ask that I've been visiting hospital regularly from **th oct why you providing me from **th medical that too only for * days what is this. Is this a joke for you guys. Neither they provide proper treatment as well it's pathetic totally no one is ready to work on govt hospital they just befool people and they advising me to you can have a medical from some private clinic, why should I go to private clinic if I'm taking medicine from this hospital you guy's are responsible for the medical report as well.

I just wanna say please take some strict action these people who are not ready to work for which they are getting paid and they just befool poor people.
