KAMAKHI filed complaint against Colive Ruby 506 on Mar 19, 2024
I have been staying at the below mentioned address (since **-Jan-****):
Colive Ruby ***, Padmashree Gardens Layout, Plot No *, near Jodhpurwala Resturaunt, Padma Sri Gardens Layout, Gowlidoddy, Hyderabad, Narsingi, Telangana ******, India.
Here are some of the annoying issues which I have been facing since mid-February on a regular basis:
- The rooms are not cleaned; The agreement stated that the rooms would be cleaned twice a week.
- Code Red --> There has been NO running water available in my room since the last * days for a stretch; The management has no answer to my multiple follow-ups & very frequently we have noticed, he doesn't pick up his call. This water issue is so frequent, that we are left with not even a drop of water :-(
