Ion Internet Service - Pathetic Internet services

Internet does not work for * to * days almost every month. I am doing work from home and it affects my work. My internet is not working from Thursday (**th Aug'**) and I raised a ticket on **st Aug'**. Today **rd Aug'**, I wake up at ** Noon and saw a message that states my issue is resolved. However it is not resolved. I complaint again with ION customer care. I am fed up with this. Please help as it is happening frequently.
