Panchsheel Buildtech Private Limited - Pathetic internet service offered by Builder

I am a resident of Panchsheel Greens-* for last * years. We are bound to use internet from “Aya Network” (owned by builder only) and other brands like Airtel/Jio etc. are not allowed by builder in the society. We met with DM Noida, ACP, SHO for the same but issue is not resolved yet. Due to week internet we are unable to take calls or attend meetings, children are also unable to take their class. I think purchasing a flat in panchsheel was my worst decision ever. We all are helpless, Maintenance GM abuse and call individuals outside of the society to make people understand by his gundagardi. We provided his recordings to ACP sir, Our Chowki incharge too but no action has been taken against him also.
