Be U Salons - Pathetic customer care

I purchased a golden pass of ****rs through a link of BE U Salons .
After purchasing it I came to know it is different pass meant for females which I cant use.
After several requests through email and social media to rectify or refund it,they keep postponing it.
It is also the case of misleading advertising leading to fraud.
