This is the PATHETIC bus service that I have ever experienced. I was supposed to board the bus at **: **PM on the *st of April ****. I had reached the boarding point at ** :**PM. I tried calling the driver, the number was busy continuously for more than two hours and did not get connected. Later, I tried contacting the other contact which was provided in the bus ticket. The contact was the person who was in the office. It was an office number. Around ** I tried calling the office and the officer informed the bus would be on time. I waited till ** **PM and then called the driver again. The call still didn’t get connected to the driver. So I called back the office and the officer then informs that the bus is delayed as there is some issue with the AC and the bus has not yet started from the origin point. It would take one and half hours to arrive to my boarding point that is Aramgarh.After multiple calls the bus arrived at *: ** AM . The officer also used abusive words when called. This is unacceptable.No safety was ensured for female traveler and Intercity people just left a female traveler to wait on the highway till *:** in the midnight. There was no information provided prior about the delay. This is the worst bus service ever. I wish I could erase this bus service so that nobody as to go through this. I would also want to take this to social media and create awareness about this horrible experience. I will also raise a complaint to the concerned team about the officer who used abusive words, the pathetic behaviour and their unacceptable negligence.
