INFINITY HYUNDAI - PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICES

I own a Hyundai Xcent. Just after running *****km, there is some trouble in its engine. The showroom "Infinity Hyundai" at Jharsuguda ,Odisha from where I purchased it is having pathetic service facilities. Spares are not readily available. Staff is non courteous for customers. Estimation of expected repaired cost are scaring. Even for that matter time taken for repair is huge, with no consideration for customer plight. The delivery dates are extended at their whims , again & again. Its nothing but loot . Customer can only endlessly wait & pay whatever is billed. I have decided , neither me nor any one from my close relation will opt for Hyundai henceforth. Showrooms such as "Infinity Hyundai" are pulling Hyundai's reputation down, and still Hyundai don't act.
