Voltas SS Water Cooler - Pathetic After Sales Service

We are an export company writing on behalf of our client. We ordered ** water coolers, but during installation (overseas), there was no help from Voltas. After repeated attempts by both client and us to contact Voltas for help, we didn't receive a reply. Finally, client decided to install them by themselves, discovering that there was a leak in one unit and one faulty sensor in another. It took us three weeks to hear back from their technical expert, who advised us regarding the leak and asked us to request for replacement sensor under warrantee. Despite multiple attempts, we only managed to reach out to request for warrantee replacement another * weeks after. It has been a total of * months since this began and as far as we are aware, no action has been taken. This is exhausting
