HITACHI A.C - Pathetic AC Service

I bought Hitachi AC two years back. After one year there was cooling problem. I got the AMC done thinking the service will be good. I somehow managed to register complain after following up for at least a week and when the technician came he said there is gas issue. I have been waiting for the past * week, following up almost everyday but they don't even bother to visit.I requested them to refund my money but they said that is not possible. This is utter unprofessional and not expected from a brand like Hitachi. Never buy Hitachi products because the service is so poor that literally they make you cry.
