In first year we face problem *-* times those complaint were not sorted neither do company had entered that record in there data base .In place of consumer contact shop owner contact was mentioned. Parts were damaged while fridge was moved to there workshop for repairing which effected functionality of product.Now after doing R&D for * years they after offering reimbursement after deducting **% depreciation for * years which is beyond logic as company calims its product warrant for ** years how can a product become obsolete in *.* yrs.This is a seriouos case of fraud by Samsung and its dealear( Avon electronics Bhilai)
