I have been using Namaste Teen Patti game app for the past few days. On February **th, I requested a withdrawal of Rs *** from my winning amount but till date the money has not been received. And again on **th February, I withdrew Rs *** for the second time and sent a request, that too was not received. And when I contact customer care on the app to investigate this, I am asked to upload a screenshot of the withdrawal interface. But I upload the withdrawal interface but after that I don't get any response. My first order id is : ************************* and my second order id is : *************************.
My user ID is : User******.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
