Indieseva.com - Passport online application fraud

While registering for Passport renewal this website appeared on the google browser, with its appearance it looks like a government website and charged me Rs.****/- as opposed to Rs.****/- as the fees of online passport renewal process. Later, I received a call from their customer executive to whom I asked why this much amount is charged by them, to which he had no reply. I want my hard-earned money back from these cheaters who on the pretext of an agency charge extra amount to fill their pockets and that too with no service at all.
