Ajoofab - Parts of ordered item missing

I have purchased one online saree and it came without a blouse piece. When I tried to contact Ajoofab retailer on their official phone number initially no one responded and now call is getting disconnected in * rings. Even no response on same WhatsApp number. It's frustrating that when retailers want to sell their product all process is so much easy. But for complaints, return, refund or customer support they are least bothered. I am struggling from last two days to file the return request. This is not only my case when I visited their facebook page many people have gone through this fraud. I hope this post will be seen by the responsible authority and provided with the solution. Ajoofab retailers should get a good lesson for their cheating and wrong promises. So the consumer won't lose trust in online shopping and any new retailers on the internet.
