Make My Trip Spice Jet - Partial refund pending

I purchased flight ticket on **th May **** for my family to travel from Jeddah to Kozhikode on ** June **** for an amount of INR **,*** (SAR *,***.** deducted from my account equivalent to the same amount). On **th May ****, I received a message from SpiceJet saying that the flight had been canceled due to a schedule change. But when I check it in the system to reschedule it, there are no flights operational for * weeks from the actual date of departure. The only option in MakeMyTrip is to request a refund for the same. When I requested the refund I received only INR **,*** (received in my bank account SAR *,***.** only - The total loss for me was SAR *,***.**) after deducting many charges of INR **,***.
Hence please help me to get the balance amount of INR **,*** and a compensation of INR **,*** for stress and inconvenience (including the higher ticket purchased due to cancelation) that I faced during that period.
