Shiprocket shipping services - Partial product received in the return

Buyer from Hyderabad ordered * sarees cost each *** & shipment cost is ****
But because of their logistic partner issue they didn't deliver the parcel & opened it & repacked it & stolen * product & removed the packing that I have sealed .

When I asked why this parcel is not delivered I didn't get any answer from shiprocket team

When I asked it's more than * weeks they have initiated the RTO .
But when I receive back this the parcel was damaged so I took the POD proof with the courier partner where it's clearly mentioned the product is Missing.

& Whenever I ask for the dispute that I have raised the their panel they took ** days time

& Finally I got the response after * months they want preshipping video.

I have already shared the unpacking video , images & POD proof still they are just playing with me..don't giving me any relevant response over the phone.

In support of this I will share with you the AWB NO. ************
