On December **th **** i ordered a metal canon figurine in ziyo.in (order no ***) which is a set of *parts. I received the order just to see only * pieces are there, so i contacted customer care they said they will replace the item. Few days passed and still no replay then i asked for the refund they said will ship tomm. again no response, i contacted just to here that "WILL SHIP TOMM" from them.That tomorrow will never come.... and they don't refund the money..
