Vark by westside - Partial product delivered

I have ordered a vark kurta set with dupatta from tata clq. On ** sep and I received it on ** sep but I received only pant nether the kurta nor the dupatta. And i complaint it regarding this asap to the customer care of Tata clq. Firstly they told me to send lots of images n proof I sent it all then they said maje it a return under the category of sone items are missing I did it too. But when delivery boy came he didn’t take the package saying the product is partial n they didn’t get any info from Tata PQ regarding this. Now again I complaint but nothing is happening.
