I placed an order which contained a combo of two product. But I got only one product delivered. I contacted the meesho user support immediately, he asked me to place and exchange. I did place an exchange the next day. The delivery guy came with a new package but he did not deliver it to me because I handed him only one product since I received only one. I contacted the user support literally *-** times they only told me they will raise a compliant and nobody did. Finally today I was informed that the return/exchange window has expired. There was no fault from my side, I did everything that I had to do.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
