Pengu Inventive Pvt Ltd - Partial Product Delivered no response from company engu

I had ordered a product from Pengu Inventive Pvt Ltd, via their website https://thepengu.com/. The order was placed last year on **th April'**** for a foldable table and * chairs. The table was delivered, however the chairs were not delivered. It was supposed to delivered as a second part of delivery, but till date this has not been delivered. I had multiple discussions with them, where they promised different dates for delivery but have not met the commitment. Now they have become unresponsive to my emails or calls.

I was in touch with a person named Mr. Suraj, who mentioned he is the Head of Sales of the company. He initially explained the company was under financial stress and will return us the money or provide a delivery as soon as possible. As they were made in India products, I wanted to trust them on their condition and gave them a benefit of doubt and trusted them to provide a resolution. They stopped taking further orders from their website. This was dragged on, and they later relaunched their website and when i contacted them again in Dec'**, they assured to provide a delivery of the chairs. But till date, I have not received the chairs.
