Eurovigil - Part taken away from purchased DVR

I was forced to purchase a new DVR for the installed CCTV home security, and then the HDD was removed under pretext of checking for problems, by Eurovigil representative and his technician in June ****. Till date the item has not been returned, nor complaint to the Company has resulted in sorting out the problem.
Verbally,Eurovigil claims the rep. is no longer working with them and they cannot do any thing. Again verbally I have been asked to file police complain against the person. They have not responded either by e-mail or in writing. I am retired army officer aged ** years with physical movement disablility.
