https in mytrip com rf start - Part Refund provided by in mytrip com

I had booked a flight from Jodhpur to Mumbai with Air India via in.mytrip.com/rf/start they this flight got cancelled from Airlines side. agent didnt took any efforts for my refund after logging a detail complain on https://pgportal.gov.in/ Air India refunded my amount it was ONLY my efforts so I got the refund. Now today I get a mail from agent saying i will get the refund of rupees ****.** the matter of fact is i paid Rs. **** from which *** Rs (which is Credit Card Charges) will be deducted so my refund amount shall be ****/- but agent is saying its handling fees of Rs ****/- will minus so the refund amount is ****/- Rs. there are two major issue One the Airlines had cancelled my flight and *ndly the agent never took any pain for refund and they want handling fees. This is clear cut fraud and harassment to me
