I have purchased party pearl ** bluetooth speaker on **th Jan'** but there is sound and battery issue in one month. I filed a complain via ticket no ******** on **th March'**, service has come and change the battery but sound issue was not resolved. then after changing the battery, speaker is totally dead now. it is working now. I continuously followed up for services. But there is no proper response from the company. I had already send mail to change the speaker or instrumental parts. i am extremely disappointed from the company response.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
