Mi Dune Buggy - Part missing in MI toy box

I purchased MI toy from MI store court Road for my son. While assembling the TOY there was one part of toy missing. I contacted number of times to Shop owner and he told to contact Mi Customer care and MI customer care told to contact Shop owner. There is no remedy given. I am stuck
