Parle Products Pvt Ltd - Parle Hide Seek Fungus type white granules on biscuits

I bought a packet of hide and seek biscuits, on opening it; I found that the choco chips on the biscuit had white granules on it. Upon careful examination, you could see a fungus formation on biscuits. The batch number is ** ** C B with a packaging date as of **/**/****. The biscuits were opened in a fully packed condition.I was very skeptical about it being fungus so I googled and found other such multiple reviews. The worst part is that such a big brand does not follow quality standards. Check the attached images. Please justify.
