we bought an apartment (flat) in April ****, and with one * wheeler parking included, the exact parking was not allotted at the time of purchase and even after constant reminder and request only assurance were given that it will be done in due time. eventually a parking spot was allotted which on paper looks okay, but has no access to it as its obstructed by pillars, walls, other vehicle and of the building. When this issue was brought to the attention of the builders again a cycle of false promises, assurances and reassurances started and eventually we were told that this is how its going to be
On paper it looks like a proper parking space (as the parking plan doesn't show stairs and area around it) but in reality there is no parking available on a regular basis. An average family car is more than **' in length and if I remove **'**" wide driveway (as marked in the parking layout) from parking '*' it leave about *' of space hence a car parked on parking space '*' blocks access to space '**','*' and '*' making it difficult to park and increasing chance of dent, scratch and possible conflict with other flat owners
